Final Major Project.
Bobbins - “Make and mend do, to save buying new”
A brand I created to help those who love fashion but were unable to fund their fetish. All garments were hand made with materials found around the home.
Typography
Typefaces inspired by architecture and fashion.
A type can really determine what type of message a piece of work wants to send out and having a growing passion for typography I occasionally design my own to appear in projects I am working on.
Self Promotion - D&AD competition
I wanted to produce a product that reflected my dynamic approach towards design. Along with this I created a typeface just for my logo, something simple but memorable.
During my degree and independently I have spent a lot of time experimenting with Lino cutting, screen printing and book making. This is something I enjoy in my spare time and sell at small fares around Christmas and Easter.
Photography
I studied in Barcelona for my second semester last year at ESDi University. I was able to direct my attention to other areas such as Photography and Motion and interactivity. Above are some of my favourite photographs taken around Barcelona.

Loaded Magazine - June 2012 issue
Easter break was my first opportunity to work with a magazine. At Loaded I worked closely with the editorial, features, fashion and photography teams. I was responsible for several tasks which resulted in some of my designs being published within the June issue this year.
Book-binding
Experimenting with book making and binding is something which I have grown to love. Independent projects like this give me a chance to direct my attention to the more hands on side within design.
Fashion
I follow fashion avidly along with design and produce mood boards for top retailers to show current trends to new employees. This is something that I love doing as it is a great opportunity for me to combine two subjects I love.
Erasmus
During my second semester last year I studied in Barcelona and above is one of the briefs we were given. I designed an application for all smartphones that enabled students to not only access the internet in public places like the park but also connect with other users of a similar student background. The purpose was to make friends especially if in a situation like myself, an exchange student.
MeeMee
‘Shop the best and latest women’s fashion at MeeMee, for the bold, sassy and free-thinking girl.’
I was approached by MeeMee a rapidly growing online fashion brand to produce sliders for their three best sellers and a creative for ‘MeeMee’ itself. This brief was completely open, I was told to use typefaces, colours, images and any other graphical features I thought appropriate. I opted for simple design but reflected the brand through my choice in typefaces. This is my first time working with this brand but having seen the work I am awaiting the next brief.
